If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase please fill out the simple form below to receive a return shipping label via email or postal service. We will be happy to provide a refund on any unworn or defective merchandise within 30 days of the purchase.  Prepaid return labels are only provided for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. International customers, customers residing in Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories, and customers who have an APO / FPO address will be responsible for their own return shipping costs. 

Please note, this prepaid label is for standard shipping and does not accommodate a FedEx pick-up. Any additional unauthorized freight charges will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment for the price noted on the receipt, minus a $35.00 restocking fee discounted from your refund for any return.  

Close out, discontinued, and  worn shoes are not eligible for returns
